Locate 15 Conference Call for Papers Extended for Health & Environmental Streams

Locate15 is the premier national spatial information conference and exhibition in Australia and New Zealand. It is designed to energise the location industry; inspire both producers and consumers of location information; and drive greater awareness, adoption and innovation of spatial technologies.


We would like to hear your inspirational stories and your experiences; economic, political, social, environmental or business problems solved; the goal of data, software and hardware; presentations with a focus on the user perspective and needs.

Submitting your Executive Summary
You will find the link to the Executive Summary template at the bottom of this page, and below that, the link to upload your Summary.  You will be required to supply a photograph, short biography & your Exec Summary to complete the process.   Please submit Executive Summaries online by midnight Friday 23 January 2015, using the Word template provided.


We invite prospective presenters to submit a brief Executive Summary of up to 400 words under any of these themes - identified by practitioners, industry, researchers and users - as issues of most topical interest.

3. Innovation, research & development (incorporating Research@ Locate15)
4. Managing our investment in infrastructure & utilities
5. Open Data - for economic growth and public services 
6. Sustainable management of our natural resources 
7. Securing our nation, disaster & emergency management
8. Unlocking the power of location (surveying specific stream)
